- Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, the global and EMEA home of the group’s duty free, air travel and cruises business.
We are an organisation of 2,000 employees in the UK, headquartered in London, in a brand-new office designed with sustainability, ‘conviviality’ and collaboration in mind. We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside.
Your new team
This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. With a global footprint across more than 20 locations and over 30 nationalities, our working culture celebrates inclusion and diversity. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Talent & Learning Centre of Excellence for Pernod Ricard based in London. We are looking for someone with a passion for Learning & Development. A collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across all functions and levels. Able to deal with complexity comfortably.

Reporting to the Talent & Learning Manager, this role will be responsible for regular learning initiatives and co-creation of new programmes.
Your unique contribution
You will have plenty responsibilities:
- Train and support in the Pernod Ricard global initiatives such as Performance and Individual Development
- Deliver local learning programmes
- Together with the team, evaluate all learning interventions to continually improve solutions
- Support local HR with workshops eg team building and focus sessions where required
- Training admin including liaison for external venues and booking, Workday set-up, evaluation & invoice processing
- Design e-learning where required

- Good facilitation skills; ability to design and deliver learning solutions
- Highly-developed people skills with an aptitude for building and developing strong relationships at all levels in the business
