Job description
Kitchen staff's description would be learning a variety of stations and fulfilling orders in a timely manner as well as fulfilling day to day tasks such as sanitation, line set up, restock, etc.. As for dish, keeping up with the pace of the restaurant, closing down the station and then possibly cross training for the kitchen lines if so desired.
