We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing food production, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all kitchen staff are following food safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and customer specifications.
• Monitor food quality and presentation.
• Develop and implement new menu items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
