Taft’s Brewing Company is an award-winning brewery that pours fresh, flavorful libations and serves pub favorites or New Haven-style Apizza. Our flagship, Taft’s Ale House opened in Cincinnati, Ohio on Red’s Opening Day of 2015. Brewpourium Cincy opened in 2017 and then Brewpourium Columbus at the end of 2019. Our 50,000 square foot headquarters on Spring Grove Avenue in Cincinnati, OH also houses our sister company Impact Brewing Co. established in 2020.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a strong work ethic, three plus years of kitchen experience, proven leadership skills, attention to detail, impeccable customer service, and focus on creating unforgettable food experiences.

Kitchen Manager: Taft’s Ale House, Cincinnati

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Orders materials, supplies and ingredients based on demand.
• Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
• Oversee the food preparation and cooking processes.
• Recruit and train kitchen employees.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Work with other management daily.
• Scheduling of employees and monitor labor.
• Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
