The Kitchen Director has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations; including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and financial accountability. Directors ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 21+ years old for this job.

REQUIREMENTS

• Participating operationally, in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's and Team Member needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for the restaurant and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a critical thinker, acting independently, cooperatively and professionally with all staff
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
