We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team for the start of the 2023/2024 School Year (Opportunities are available to start sooner in our summer camp). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for working with young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment, providing instruction and guidance to students, and assessing student progress. We are looking for an individual who is patient, organized, and creative in their approach to teaching.

We are a Non-Denominational Private Preschool and Kindergarten and Summer Camp.

Minimum Requirements: Teaching Experience; Degree in Education (either Bachelors or Masters). NYS Teaching License is NOT required.

Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM

School Calendar 2023/2024: September 8, 2023 - June 7, 2024 escluding holidays and vacation breaks.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of the students.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student.
• Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure student success.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
