The Junior Recruiter Position is a salaried position that works in office (Bloomington, MN) Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, and occasionally connects via phone or video, with candidates at times outside of the traditional workweek as needed.

Requirements

• Have a positive and professional attitude, open to sharing creative ideas collaboratively.
• Strong outbound call and written communication skills are essential.
• Actively work within UHR's candidate sourcing platforms, social media sites, finding qualified candidates for multiple Direct Hire, Temp to Hire, and Temporary employment opportunities for various UHR clients.
• Ability to effectively create, and independently manage a weekly activity plan.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting search matrices. Meeting call, text, email and social marketing campaign benchmarks to effectively support Recruiter and Sr. Recruiter candidate pipelines.
• Excel at time management and have the ability to prioritize when working multiple tasks.
• Efficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel and outlook.
• Learn and consistently maintain ATS system

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
