Junior Product Stylist

Studio Production produces world-class visual assets for NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, YOOX, THE OUTNET and ONLINE FLAGSHIP STORES Powered by YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Operating from our London HQ and US studio in New Jersey as well as Italian centres for excellences, our team includes Studio Coordinators, Product Library, Styling, Size and Fit, Photography, Video, Retouch, Product Editorial and Translations teams, with many working across a combination of all Group’s websites each week.
Studio Production are now seeking a talented Mid-Level Stylist to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Reporting Into: Zahra Johnson
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Style all product shots lay down, pin board and on mannequin to accurately depict clothing.
- Shoot a minimum of 40 RTW and accessories products per day.
- Follow in house styling guidelines.
- Attend workshops and team meetings to maintain quality of images and site.
- Achieve daily and weekly deadlines to prepare for upload.
- Learn on set standards and styling techniques.
- Learn to use company systems to assist with job role.
- Work as part of a studio team to meet daily deadlines and ensuring great communication.
- Ensure no more than 5% of your images are reshot per week.
- Be responsible for own reshoots and co-ordinate as required.
- Communicate workflow statuses and concerns to Product Styling Team leader and Studio production Co-coordinators.
- Ensure sample stock is not damaged during styling/shooting process.
- Maintain an organized and ordered photo studio.
- Develop strong, up-to-date knowledge of designers, brands, trends and NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER editorial.
- Maintain a good balance of targets and creative flair.
The type of person we are looking for:
- Previous experience of ‘off figure’ (pin board) and accessories styling.
- Passion for still life styling.
- Eye for visual composition and proportion.
- A good knowledge of designers and brands.
- Strong understanding of runway look's and seasonal trends.
- Flair and individuality combined with awareness of the style across our brands.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines and exceptional eye for detail.
- Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the image quality of the site.
