Linxx Global Solutions, LLC. (Linxx) is currently seeking Junior Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to our employees and customers. As a Junior Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. You will be the first point of contact for all IT support inquiries and will need to have excellent customer service skills. The position is located in Virginia Beach, VA.

Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support inquiries through various channels (phone, email, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Install and configure hardware and software applications
- Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or management as needed
- Participate in projects related to IT infrastructure and software applications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in IT or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Basic knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
