COFFEE/JUICE BAR ASSOCIATE

This position will mainly be working in the Coffee Bar, with the potential to cross train and assist in the Juice Bar as needed. The Coffee/Juice Bar Associate position includes offering the ultimate customer experience while creating and serving our amazing coffees, juices and smoothies. Duties include preparing specialty coffee beverages, prepping fresh fruits and vegetables, managing product freshness, improving facility cleanliness, and ensuring that every customer is satisfied.

Essential Job Functions:

• Consistently serve all Oakes Farms Coffee and Juice Bar products to specification while adhering to recipes and presentations for beverage items.
• Maintains a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people.
• Plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and customer access areas.
• Consistently provide an exceptional customer service experience by adhering to the coffee/ Juice Bar standard.
• Stock and prep all supplies on an ongoing basis.
• Ability to learn, take direction from your supervisor.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and have fun!
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiently work the cash register, handle cash, and credit card transactions.
