Joe Bullard Automotive is looking for a Service Business Development Center Coordinator to assist in the processes of fixed operations at our Joe Bullard Acura/Infiniti dealership.

About Service Business Development Coordinators

The efforts of Joe Bullard's Business Development Center seek to maximize the effectiveness and profitability of service and marketing efforts. We use effective communication and service skills daily on the "front lines" of Joe Bullard Automotive to ensure every client's interaction with the dealership is as satisfactory as possible. Working closely with our Service Advisors, the Business Development team strives to assist clients with service needs and questions about brand-specific issues.

The Business Development Center is an excellent department to get a full view of life in a dealership, as we have been and are involved in the working knowledge of almost every department.

Coordinating and ensuring an excellent visit for each client requires a "hands-on" approach to the client experience; working for excellent companies, like Joe Bullard Automotive, instills a work ethic driven by grit, curiosity, respect, ownership, generosity, and authenticity that is required to succeed in not only the automotive industry but other industries as well.

The Service BDC Coordinator position is full-time. Coordinators are responsible for a broad spectrum of fixed operation tasks that play a role in the growth of the dealer service department, with a focus on providing an excellent client experience.

Essential Functions:

· Answering every call with a helpful, enthusiastic demeanor

· Schedule service appointments and answer/fielding client calls

· Communicate with management, service advisors, and team

· Maintaining communication with clients during the entire service experience

· Complete all daily tasks exercising time management, efficiency, and organization

· Perform additional tasks assigned by the Service BDC Manager

· Supporting all online clients by setting up appointments and answering all inquires

· Commitment to gaining in-depth knowledge of clients, vehicles, and inner workings of the dealer brand

· Understand and process general components and service intervals of the vehicles

· Following up with clients to confirm their satisfaction and generating new client leaks

· Cross-train on different dealer brands

· Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

· Computer and internet proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
