Do Amore is an ethical engagement and wedding ring brand based in Houston, TX. In addition to our ethics, every Do Amore ring gives a person access to clean water. This way a couple changes another life forever on their special day.

We are seeing an energetic individual who has a passion for working with customers, has a high interest in jewelry, and takes pleasure in going above and beyond. The right person will be very friendly, driven, and eager to help customers. They will also be able to get the best out of managing a small customer service team, that will grow over time, and have experience doing so. The ideal candidate will also be experienced in listening and solving customer concerns. This position is local to Houston, TX.

Typical day to day role:

• Working and leading other customer service team members in being the best they can be
• Serve as a point of contact for other team members to assist and resolve any customer-related issues
• Working with customers via email, phone, and chat to assist them in their purchase decisions
• Working with customers post purchase to help with resizing, repairs, and other questions
• Working with manufacturers directly (pre and post purchase)
• Working with customers on custom engagement ring designs
• Have an eye for strict quality control

Also, as a startup, you will be welcome to work with the founder and team directly on other tasks including:

• Creating new ring designs
• Company strategy
• Implementing new marketing ideas
• Other things! It is a startup and you will have to wear different hats from time to time!

This is not a commission based position! Instead we offer a salary and meaningful equity in the company. Commission would not make sense because our goal is not for you to upsell a customer or to encourage them to buy a more expensive diamond. Our goal is for you to be as helpful as you can be to each customer, and help them find the perfect ring for them in their own budget.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
