Es responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar soluciones gastronómicas para satisfacer las necesidades y gustos de los clientes. Utiliza capacitación técnica e interpreta los estándares nutricionales exigidos por el gobierno en la industria de la salud sobre la salud alimentaria para desarrollar planes de implementación de menús.Capacidad de preparar horarios, manejar costos de alimentos, analisis de costos y manejo del día a día en operaciones de alto trafico.
