The IT Applications Support II will be responsible for providing SAP/PAS-X support and driving initiatives for design, enhancements, implementation, rollout, testing of SAP/PAS-X and other enterprise system modifications. The individual will also be responsible for IT support and maintenance of client/server hardware, software, and network.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all tickets originated from Site New Hampshire, focusing on fast and effective end-user support. Prioritize and escalate as needed based on impact and urgency.
  • Resolution of 2nd and 3rd level support tickets and activations covering SAP and PAS-X system and relevant hardware in the field.
  • Work in partnership with Super Users and SMEs to maintain alignment of SAP/PAS-X user guides to local SOPs and sustainability/maintenance of Super User organization at Site.
  • Provide support and drive initiatives as needed in design, enhancements, implementation, rollout, testing of SAP/PAS-X and other enterprise systems, including process improvement and problem-solving by applying Lean mindset and tools.
  • Participate in IT Validation and Qualification testing activities covering Computer Systems, Computerized Equipment’s and IT Infrastructure, including disaster recovery testing.
  • Collaborate with local and Global IT support to resolve and document IT services, incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Support client hardware, standard software, and local applications.
  • Communicate with team and management on issues and provide timely statuses/follow-up.
  • Responsible for maintaining IT Knowledge Base articles covering frequently asked questions, workarounds, and problem resolution.
  • Responsible for purchasing new hardware/software, including testing and documentation of all new operating systems, software, and hardware prior to rollout.
  • Responsible for IT Asset Management and Life Cycle management, maintaining records updated throughout its life cycle and ready to use anytime.
  • Train PC Support Technician, Super Users, and Consultants.
  • Perform and maintain housekeeping according to 5S principles.
  • Acts as a resource on department and site projects and meets milestones per Project Plans.

Requirements:

  • Certification in Technology or BA in Information technology or related area.
  • Experience with SAP and VMware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Additional Information:

  • Location: 9 Technology Drive, West Lebanon, NH 03784 (Fully Onsite Role)
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm with 1h for lunch. Overtime is not expected, and if required, it should be requested in advance and approved by the IT Manager.
  • Note: There is no public transportation to this area, so the candidate should be aware that it is required to drive to come to work.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
