iPower Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, process driven, Sales Support Engineer to join a growing sales team in our West Caldwell, NJ. This Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting the company's sales goals through professional sales techniques, technical guidance, and good customer service, maintaining quality relationships with existing accounts, and driving new sales engagement. IT Support job duties:

  • Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service offerings
  • Performs sales visits and presentations to promote product, service, and combination offerings to clients with or without IT Sales Consultants
  • Demonstrates IT equipment and applications to highlight product benefits
  • Provides technical advice before and after sales
  • Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research
  • Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products
  • Creates customized proposals to meet specific customer requirements in an efficient manner.
  • Helps Sales Consultants utilizes company and partner leads to expand current customer base and generate new leads
  • Learns or knows how to use ConnectWise Sell and Manage
  • Provides information and/or follows up on customer as requested.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by team leaders

Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience:

  • Proficient with MS Office programs; social media platforms, and some professional experience working with a CRM or account management tool.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with IT Sales Support or IT Engineering, knowledge of relevant products and sales, written and verbal communication, interpersonal communication, negotiation, critical thinking, ability to meet goals, ability to work under pressure, high energy level, motivation, ambition, technical skill, attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
