Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys is seeking a self-starter and customer-facing Technical Support Specialist. While we focus on preventative maintenance and systems administration, there is a constant need for on-site personnel to visit all office locations.

The Technical Support Specialist is the 'face' of our Firm internally, and must be presentable, well-spoken, professional, and operate with a team mentality.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Physically install new equipment, including computers, monitors, servers, and mounts.
• Reinstall, Imaging operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11)
• Install software as required
• Troubleshoot any problems staff experience
• Install & perform Office Moves/Adds/Changes & Telephones
• Cable manage all installed work
• Regularly travel to all office locations
• Orlando, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Clermont, Champion's Gate, Tampa, Ocala, Gainesville, Melbourne
• Document all work, time, and technical details in our ticketing system (Zendesk)
• Ability to create documentation for business needs
• Ability to work independently/self-starter
• Collaborate with HR, Call Center Agents Remotely & On Site, Call Center Managers, and Project Managers
• Must have knowledge of computer operating systems, minimum Microsoft Windows/iPads/Macs
• Able to lift 25lbs or more

Experience/Education Required

• Associate degree in electronics, computer science, network engineering, or information technology (IT).
• CompTia A+ certification is a requirement or must be obtained within one (1) year of the date of hire.
• Technical background
• Exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of local area networks, wide area networks and remote troubleshooting.
• Minimum one (1) year experience with a reputable company in the information technology (IT) field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
