Job description
Keystone Custom Homes is seeking an IT Director who is an energetic self-starter, great communicator, who will demonstrate agility, results, commitment, and the capability to grow themselves and others. Someone who is a positive, hard-working subject matter expert utilizing technology to enhance the business.
The purpose of the IT Director is to develop and implement a long-term IT strategy in support of KCH’s strategic goals and long-term needs. Proactively investigates and presents forward-thinking technology solutions that will drive increased performance and efficiencies. Responsible for the IT budget, vendor relationships and contracts. In addition, they will lead the IT team including hiring, directing, and developing team members. The IT Director will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. As leader of the IT team, he or she will ensure timely achievement of milestones as well as clear communication across departments and teams.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, security, network, and systems administration, databases, and telecommunications systems.
  • Demonstrated ability working in the Microsoft Technology Stack (Teams, Outlook, Azure, Power Apps, SharePoint, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Proven experience and skills specializing in the configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Knowledge and experience working with data visualization and management.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Able to exercise independent judgement and act on it.
  • Supervisory experience
  • Success as a team leader: driving the right culture, creating expectations of high performance and accountability.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with technical and non-technical team members alike.
  • Capability to drive decisions through consensus, influence change and effectively resolve conflicts.
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute on competing priorities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to take ownership and coordinate projects from beginning to end, working with various departments and outside organizations effectively.
  • Energetic self-starter passionate about professional integrity and excellence with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
  • Experience with process redesign and improvement projects preferred.
