We are looking to hire an IT Delivery Leader (Marketing Technologies) to help us drive delivery of all our Marketing projects. In this position, you will take a big-picture approach to all IT projects in the Marketing function and ensure delivery from Requirements, Design to Deployment. Your responsibilities will include working with key business stakeholders, defining demand, organizing teams to delivery critical projects, provide status updates to both IT and Marketing leadership and ensure programs are delivered to time and quality. You will have full oversight of programs (including project managers, external partners and internal onsemi IT and business stakeholders). Your primary focus will be partner with business stakeholders, define and deliver critical programs to ensure success of onsemi IT. Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science/ information technology and 8+ years of project planning and/or business process management experience in IT, Marketing & Sales areas.

• Be a Technology leader driving Program deliver & Technology Roadmap for Marketing function with a strong focus on customer-first outcomes.

• Work with Key Business stakeholders – identify need, prioritize and organize teams, accountable for project delivery, close the loop with business to ensure needs are met.

• Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalates when needed.

• Management and tracking of cross team/squad dependencies.

• Management and tracking of key milestones and risk mitigation.

• Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress to both IT and Business leadership.

• Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment. Encourages team trust and facilitates cross-team collaboration to ensure project delivery.

• Drive technology decisions, including leading consolidation of legacy tools to IT pillar platforms.

• Drive technology discussions with Marketing aligned teams such as Sales & Service

• Post project launch, ensure IT owns and delivers post go-live support to business within established SLA’s.

• Act as a liaison (along with the project manager) to the Project Management Office to ensure PMO reporting standards are met.

Qualifications

• 
  Good experience in implementing Marketing Automation (Marketo), Website, Content Management, eCommerce & CDP programs.

• Experience in integration of Marketing tech with Salesforce Sales & Service cloud

• 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise-wide programs

• Strong experience in stakeholder management (both IT, business and external partners)

• A Bachelor's degree in a Information Technology

• Project management experience

• Consulting experience (preferred)

• Strong computer and software development skills

• Strong experience with both the Waterfall and Agile methodologies

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
