The Opportunity

Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring an Information Technology Application Configurations Analyst to join our Information Technology team

The Analyst will provide efficient and effective IT service and problem resolution. This role will assist the team in ensuring that the needs of the property and the business are meet with each application release or implementation. This role will be the systems configurations resource for updates, upgrades, and new implementations while working closely with other departments to ensure Delaware North standards are protected, architecture is consistent, and resources are correctly informed. Daily tasks may include creating new site builds, programming site configurations, working with application specific systems & hardware, writing and interpreting documentation of applications, assisting the training department in building\planning\holding training sessions, and providing status updates to the team. This position requires a flexible schedule to be available during application installs. This position requires a strong knowledge of Point of Sales systems including, but not limited to Micros Simphony 2, Agilysys, Netsuite, and Opera.

This is a remote role with travel.

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $70700 - $93700 / year

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency with specific application systems configurations.
  • Work with project team to assist in implementations elements.
  • Documentation of system configurations, applications, and integrations.
  • Work with Data Teams and Business Owners to identify data standards.
  • Work with project team to Identify property interfaces, data requirements, and systems configurations.
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture team to Identify system standards for hardware and configurations.
  • Assist Training department to create education and training for business owners and system users.
  • Assist QC department to setup test systems and create repeatable processes and configurations.
  • Prepare documents and materials for seamless handoff to the support team.
  • Comply and enforce IT and Company-wide policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, business administration, computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Exposure to information security
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale, hospitality, and Microsoft Productivity Suite
  • Knowledge of specific application and integrations
  • Experience in documentation, training, project management
  • Experience with Sharepoint is a plus
  • Must be able to work 8-hour shifts 5 days a week
  • Evening, overnight, and weekend hours will be expected during installations
  • Travel up to 40% to ensure client requirements and team needs are met.
