Purpose:
The primary function of Analyst I is end user satisfaction and endpoint systems support by resolving Tier I and some Tier II tickets (based on skillset), performing moves and changes, and performing other routine tasks and maintenance. Analyst I will be responsible for Tier I troubleshooting of all end user and endpoint issues, and expected to have a working knowledge of systems and application necessary to resolve most common, easily remediated issues during the first call. Analyst I will split their time between the helpdesk and their designated office and time in the clinics as required by support, moves and changes, or projects. They are the first responder for on-site calls and regular site visits. They report to the IT Director.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Punctual and regular attendance at the office during business hours
  • Work assigned Tier I and some Tier II service tickets. Create and escalate tickets as needed.
  • Fill in on Helpdesk as needed. Answer, triage, and dispatch phone and emailed support requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end user and endpoint issues. Escalate as needed.
  • Provide end user instruction, referring to established training and processes
  • Perform routine log review, maintenance, and updates of endpoint and systems as instructed
  • Support inventory assignment and tracking
  • Perform administrative and supporting duties as directed by IT Director
  • Solve user-based issues
  • Deliver hardware and setup by instructions (Macs, Windows, Printers, Phones, etc.)
  • Setting up First Net phones and tablets
  • Assist with cable runs
  • Troubleshoot clinical equipment (such as PFT, EKG)


Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Capable of self-management, prioritizing tasks, reporting, and documentation
  • Critical thinking and problem resolution skills
  • A disposition for working on time sensitive issues in a busy environment.
  • Working knowledge of Google apps, networking, hardware, and basic desktop applications
  • Working knowledge of Healthcare environment and workflow
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and Cybersecurity best practice
  • 2-3 years’ IT experience in similar environment a plus
  • IT degrees and certifications a plus
