Titan Tech is a Managed Service Provider "MSP" providing IT support/services for small to medium-size businesses in the Cincinnati / NKY area. We're looking for an MSP IT Administrator to join our small team.

This position requires you to work from our Mason office and do on-site client visits.

Job Role:

• Level 1, 2 & 3 helpdesk support for our clients and their IT infrastructure.
• Performing projects for our clients that range from Server Upgrades, Cloud Migrations, Office Moves, Network hardware upgrades, IT infrastructure build-outs and more.
• Onsite client visits (Cincinnati / NKY) to perform Level 1, 2 & 3 Support.
• Diagnose and solve technical hardware and software issues.

Qualifications Include:

• College degree in MIS, Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred
• IT certifications are a plus
• Network troubleshooting and/or engineering
• Valid driver’s license and personal reliable vehicle with insurance
• Be able to pass a comprehensive background check

Employees are allowed work from home. We do still visit our clients for on-site support when the need arises.
