BluArc Steel & Precast is a commercial steel and precast erection contractor located in Sioux Falls, SD.

BluArc Steel & Precast is hiring full-time Iron Workers and Certified Stick Welders (or those interested in becoming certified) with experience in structural steel erection, to join our crew! We are looking for reliable and experienced individuals to join our team and help our growing company continue to deliver the quality work that is changing the landscape of our community and region. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following the proper industry procedures and wearing appropriate protective equipment when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience is preferred, but not required - willing to train the right candidate.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be available for some travel outside of Sioux Falls (about 30%).
• Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.

Hours - A typical work day is Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines - overtime may be required as needed.
