Make-Ready Supervisor

Robbins Toyota has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Make Ready Supervisor. This position will supervise and direct the make-ready and detail technicians in preparation of vehicles for delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Enforces the proper use of the department's designated parking area, supplies, utilities, etc. in order to eliminate waste and maximize the profitability of the department
• Monitors and organizes an effective and secure key system
• Assures security of clients’ possessions
• Acts as liaison between department staff(s) and Sales Managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
• Notes damage and notify Service and/or Sales so a claim can be filed within 24 hours
• Performs quality control inspection of all vehicles before being brought to frontline
• Coordinates with Sales and Service to insure on-time deliveries
• Properly merchendise new and pre-owned vehicles to expectations
• Photograph all new and pre-owned vehicles, dealership supplies equipment

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
