Plaza Tire Service has a career opportunity for an Inventory Data Specialist. This is a new position that is needed due to the growth of our company. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who wants to grow and learn our business.

The Inventory Data Specialist plays a key role in the management of our product mix and stocking levels within our network of stores. This position requires excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Organize large amounts of data
• Extract key information from the data
• Update details within point of sale system to drive changes at the store level
• Maintain appropriate records and reports for inventory control
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy
• Assist in physical inventories
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience producing tables, using spreadsheets efficiently, and performing calculations and automation to process large volumes of data
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Experience with VAST point of sale system is a plus but not required
