Inventory Associate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Position Summary: Ensuring our guests receive accurate and prompt order fulfillment. In addition, our Inventory Associates are expected to work collaboratively with our Retail Associate to ensure timely backfill of our retail floor inventory. The Inventory Associate reports to the Inventory Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling customer orders as well as receiving, handling, storing, and tracking all products in compliance with Cannabis Control Commission regulations
- Adhering to all policies and procedures, compliance standards, inventory standard operating procedures, receiving standards, and all operational safety and security protocol
- Data entry and audits to be performed in inventory systems.
- Perform physical inventory counts in accordance with company guidelines
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Monitor inventory levels and report needs to the supervisor
- Perform cycle counts as needed
- Assist in the receiving of new inventory
- Unload trucks and put away stock
- Stock shelves and maintain aisles in a neat and orderly fashion
Required Qualifications:
- Two or more years of inventory experience
- Open availability
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Beginner METRC knowledge
- Retail experience
- Associate degree

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Inventory control: 2 years (Preferred)
