We are a family owned and operated Airport currently looking for a full time Front Office/Inventory Clerk to work in our busy parts & maintenance facility. The right candidate needs to work well in a team environment, has a positive attitude, has the ability to multi-task, is detail oriented and strives to deliver exceptional service in every customer interaction, consistent with our core values of trust, professionalism and personal connection. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Experience with ten-key calculator

-Minimum keyboarding 35 WPM

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook

-Must be at least 18 years old

-Must have a valid WA driver license and a good driving record

-Must have reliable transportation

-Candidate should have minimum one year experience in an office or customer service environment

-General aviation experience is a plus

JOB TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)

-Answer multi line phone system promptly, screening and routing as appropriate

-Provide a welcoming atmosphere

-Greeting customers with professional enthusiasm

-Monitor the flight schedule and aircraft maintenance events

-Customer service/sales (phone and in person)

-Inventory management including some shipping & receiving

-Office tasks including filing & data entry

-Invoicing & cashiering

-Computer work using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

-Computer work using software programs specific to aircraft maintenance, parts and fuel sales (training provided)

-Miscellaneous tasks as needed (errands, routine housekeeping tasks, etc.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

-We are open for business 7 days a week 8 am – 5 pm

-Must be able to work variable shifts week to week

-Schedule will be 40 hours a week

-Schedule flexibility is key

-Opportunities for advancement to management position

-On the job training provided to the right individual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
