Onsite in Somerville, MA Long term contract: 1+ year 7:30am - 4:00pm IDEAL CANDIDATE: Someone familiar with a warehouse environment. IT experience is NOT necessary. Primary Duties: - Configure, troubleshoot and repair equipment based upon its configuration requirements - Learn and back up other IS Warehouse/IS Customer Service positions as needed. Reporting directly to the Mass General Brigham Digital Warehouse Inventory Manager, the Technician, Network Warehouse I, provides day-to-day labor and operations of the system-wide warehouse. The position’s responsibilities include receiving, shipping configuration, disposal, equipment breakdown, and inventory management of technology hardware and related equipment at Mass General Brigham sites.

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Indicate key areas of responsibility, major job duties, special
projects and key objectives for this position. These items should be evaluated throughout the year and
included in the written annual evaluation.
 Maintain MGB Digital inventory databases and records
 Breakdown and track disposal of all equipment
 Receive and inventory all computer equipment that is delivered to the warehouse
 Configure, troubleshoot, and repair equipment based upon its configuration requirements
 Record and track all shipments of computer equipment to Mass General Brigham locations
 Ensure completion of all work assignments in accordance within established procedures.
 Maintain and Comply with proper procedures for disposal of computer equipment at end of life
 Function both as an individual contributor and team player within MGB Digital and the hospital
community at large
