Job description
The Intelligence Support Apprentice will be part of and work within the innovative, ambitious and highly successful Investigations Team. The team analyses intelligence and data obtained from a number of sources and undertakes investigations of suspected fraud, crime and financial irregularity.

The individual will be assisted in developing skills and abilities to research, analyse and interrogate data with a view to assisting fraud investigations.

The Apprentice will complete the Level 4 Intelligence Analyst Apprenticeship Standard. Opportunities will also be available to work with external bodies such as the Police and a number of Government departments and agencies. They will also be given training in a diverse and interesting range of disciplines with opportunities to work alongside other departments to gain a working knowledge of how these teams operate and their relationship to investigation work.

The team is commercial in nature and delivers investigation services to multiple partner organisations all around the country. The Apprentice will be expected to demonstrate flexibility by assisting in the delivery of these contracts, and may be required to spend time at the offices of client organisation.
