Job Summary
The Integration Engineer Consulting Director will work across multiple groups to drive strategy and implementation on integration of embedded controls within the Lighting & Controls teams. You will work with our factory & engineering teams to ensure integration of controls, end-of-line testing and manufacturing processes are consistent. You will be involved in new product development projects as well as sustaining initiatives focused on Embedded Controls. You will be a key driver & strategic mind towards quality improvement and work with the Lighting and Controls field service teams on critical Embedded Controls site visits.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Integration champion for embedded controls (working with Luminaire & Controls teams) to ensure we have the right products and processes to achieve superior service
- Interacts with factory & engineering teams to strategically ensure our manufacturing processes and end-of-line testing for controls is consistent (standard work creation, implementation, maintenance)
- Works with Luminaire & Controls warranty services team to diagnose quality issues and works towards elimination of issues in the future
- Participates and/or travels to important Embedded Controls field service quality calls
- Proficient understanding and experience within Electrical Engineering and Embedded Controls

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Experience- 9 to 12 years
- Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking or standing is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
