$65,000 - $200,000 - ANNUAL INCOME POTENTIAL!! (It all depends on YOU!!!) Base Pay + Commission, Bonuses, & that's just the start!

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and develop a business and team
• Provide service and advice to policyholders
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Generate interest in all Farmers Insurance products by using internet marketing, strategic partnerships, referrals, event and community marketing, etc.
• Illustrate and present insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Comply with all Farmers Insurance standards and regulations

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience or notable professional success
• Must pass a background check
• Be able to obtain or currently hold a Property or Casualty Insurance license
• Be able to obtain or currently hold a Life and Health Insurance license
• Minimum liquidity may be required depending on the agency entry point
• Ability to build excellent relationships and effective rapport with clients
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,094.00 - $85,000.00 per year
