Farmers Insurance Agency in South Austin is actively seeking high caliber Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives to add to their team!

This agency is led by one of our esteemed Agency Owners, looking to boom her office with tenacious and driven sales persons. This agency is geared toward equipping you with the best training, resources, and support to aiding your professional growth within Farmers.

As an Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will have access to 54 Farmers’ products across Property and Casualty and Life Insurance, aiding you in new production as you pursue a potential prospect customer base with products that cover themselves and respective assets!

Responsibilities:

• Effectively evaluate and discern needs and goals of prospective customers
• Develop new business through marketing avenues
• Service continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to pre-existing clientele
• Meet/exceed new business production goals to further the agency’s and your premium goals
• Join sales cohort to build confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an Insurance Sales Representative

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have/willing to obtain General Lines Property and Casualty License
• Must have/willing to obtain General Lines Life, Health, & Accident License
• Sales experience or a client facing background is preferred
• Exemplify, HIT, Honesty, Integrity, & Trustworthiness
• Coachability
• Driven and strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Compensation:

• Competitive base
• Uncapped commission
• Performance based bonuses
• Minimum on track earnings: $65,000
• High performing representatives: $86,000+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
