We are currently hiring a Customer Service & Agency Contact Representative at our local, Greenwood Village, American Family Insurance office. We are looking for a personable, outgoing member to join our team!

We are willing to train the right person with a can-do attitude. Primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls, greeting occasional walk-in customers, estimating/quoting policy premiums, and making policy changes. Representative will assist with collecting policy payments, billing inquiries, connecting customers to claims, and reviewing existing policies. Also assists the agency in customer follow-up calls and emails, and generating documents. Attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills are important.

*Insurance Property & Casualty License is required. *
