Established, successful, and fast-paced financial advisor in Overland Park, KS seeks a full-time, detail-oriented, energetic people person to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our team of 5, this role revolves around the day-to-day processing of the life insurance and annuity side of the business.
- Duties include completing, submitting, and following up on applications, client service, appointment prep for client reviews, managing the CRM, daily administrative responsibilities, and some of the marketing projects.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate has supported a financial advisor in a small office environment, is capable of multi-tasking and shifting gears without much direction, enjoys being challenged and busy throughout the day, is resourceful, has a great mindset and positive attitude to do whatever it takes to support the advisor.
- Insurance and Investment experience are a plus!
