The Allstate Insurance Agency, Fisher Family Insurance, is looking for experienced sales talent. We are a premier Allstate Agency in Southern Sarasota County offering a highly competitive base salary with commissions and benefits.
Agents are responsible for offering the benefits of Allstate Insurance products to prospective and current customers, as well as quoting and closing policy sales.. Agents are also responsible for offering property insurance through our expanded network of carriers.
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year

- Position is primarily Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Have a passion for helping others find the protection they need with Allstate Insurance products
- Take inbound Sales Calls to quote new insurance business
- Call for outbound prospecting to existing customers and lead sources
- Call to follow up with prospects after business is quoted
- Cross-sell existing customers
- Comply with Allstate Underwriting, document collection and office procedures
- Be driven and maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
Requirements

- 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40 License
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Pass background check.
