Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Inspect and pack all the finished good complying with each client requirements. Provide support to machine operators.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities, promoting an environment where each employee makes safety their first priority.
  • Looks for defects that prevent the product from meeting customer specifications measure critical areas of product for conformance to specifications.
  • Prepare boxes and labels for production needs.
  • Inspects and insures that he proper number of product are contained in each package, carton and skid.
  • Labels packages as needed.
  • Help operator when performing machine set-up. Assist in:
  • Changing rolls (raw material)
  • Facilitates tools needed
  • Notify machine operator of any variances or problems.
  • Breaks down all packaging supplies at the end of the run.
  • Keeps the packaging area clean, neat and orderly.
  • Knowledge of procedures, work instructions.
  • Follow policies and procedures of the company.
  • Contributes to team effort, providing support with activities that will help accomplish our vision to become a world class supplier.

  • Able to twist, turn, bend, and work at a rapid pace
  • Able to stand or sit for entire shift
  • Excellent vision for inspecting
  • Able to step on and off 12” platform on a regular basis
  • Able to lift 50 pounds

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
