Roscoe Brown Inc. has been in business in Middle Tennessee since 1940. For over 80 years we have been dedicated to employee success. We are hiring a skilled Inside Sales representative!
Develop key client relationships, negotiating, and closing sales- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
- Collaborate with Service Techs on recommendations from the Summary of Findings
- Review high repair tickets on aged equipment to identify opportunities for follow-up
- Identify and follow-up on quotes that were quoted at the end of heating/cooling season.
- Call on zero ticket, un-booked, or cancelled calls
Education/Experience/Skills:
Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing materials and services – (required)- Prior roles in sales and customer service – (required)
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Passionate about Roscoe Brown and loves the brand.
- Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
- Strong phone presence
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Depending on customer needs, may have to make calls in the evenings and on weekends
