We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating with existing Customers; developing new leads and understanding their needs; and ensuring a streamlined sales process. You will be able to close sales opportunities and meet Account Sales goals.

To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. As a top Inside Sales Representative, you will be a good listener and be very competitive.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with Customers via Phone/Email/MS Teams regarding status of Quotes, Orders, new business opportunities and any other request for information and/or product.
• Communicating with Prospects and responding to Sales Leads via Phone/Email/MS Teams and any other request for information and/or products.
• Manage Customer/Prospect documentation and records.
• Support sales by efficiently executing requests for information and reports as needed.
• Manage Sales Email Inbox.
• Understanding Customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential Customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Process Customer issues and ensure efficient and effective corrective action response.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential Customers.
• Explaining and/or demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling our products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist in Customer Service activities related to Customer Communications.
• Collaborate on Marketing initiatives with direct Customer and Market focus.
