The Wm Powell Co has been the leading valve manufacturer since 1846. Major end –user markets include petroleum refining, petrochemical processing, pulp/paper and the power industries.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative for our Cincinnati (Spring Grove Ave.) location. This position will be responsible to maintain, develop and build relationships with distributors and customers, provide consistent accurate information on quotes and orders in regards to pricing, lead time, product information, status of orders, etc., partner with outside sales to increase business and communicate status of quotes/orders, maintain monthly sales forecast of all current customers’ by sales and by product line, and other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have positive communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products, have the ability to prioritize tasks in a continually improving environment and a strong ability to build relationships and work well across different levels and functions.
