Thompson First Group is currently seeking a qualified Injection Molding Mechanic for a local client in New Castle, DE.

Current openings on 1st and 2nd shift.

Job Duties:

• Perform preventive Maintenance tasks
• Troubleshooting and repair of machinery
• Document all work on a PC based Maintenance Program
• Identify opportunities for equipment performance improvements
• Work with department supervision to maximize uptime and efficiencies of the Department The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following attributes
• 3 years’ experience in an Injection Molding environment
• 3 years’ experience mechanical and electrical
• Ability to read electrical schematics proficiently
• Ability to read Hydraulic schematics proficiently
• Great Troubleshooting skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Must have the ability to read and write in English

Pay: $26.80 - $41.80 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
