POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Business Coordinator, you will play an important role in the continued success of Kiewit Offshore Services. In this role, you will coordinate efforts between purchasing & receiving processing AP/AR invoices.

DISTRICT OVERVIEW

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design-Build team is driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects. Through our integrated design and construction approach, our multi-disciplinary team works together to improve schedule, control costs and minimize risk. Our construction-focused engineers work collaboratively with our estimators and builders to design solutions that are innovative, constructible, and designed with a focus on safety. Clients benefit from the proven processes and tools used by Kiewit to minimize project risk. We are an in-house resource that supports projects throughout the company. Our staff shares experiences gained, innovative concepts, and best practices for all projects that we support.

LOCATION

This position will be based out of Lone Tree, CO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate efforts between purchasing and receiving teams.
  • Process AP/AR invoices.
  • Collaborating with and supporting team members, working on key projects and initiatives.
  • Edit and format correspondence, presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Serve as a backup to other office administrative staff.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, book meeting rooms, and handle any special requests.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and arrangements.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and orders.
  • Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience required.
  • An associate degree related to the role is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous track record of successfully meeting deadlines and project expectations.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, as needed.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of important, sensitive information and materials.
  • Enthusiastic team player with an interest in helping the team stay connected and working effectively together.

Base Compensation: $19.04/HR - $25/HR
