WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Maintaining smooth operations and ensuring process performance targets are achieved by:

• Ensuring equipment is in good operating condition.
• Being attentive to your team, ensuring clarity of expectations and providing training and coaching as needed.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Developing and maintaining budgets.
• Accurately and timely reporting of assigned KPIs.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:

• You have an Associate degree in business or maintenance or equivalent experience
• You have 3 years of maintenance experience.
• You have 1 year supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office.

These qualifications are preferred but not necessary for you to get started:

• Knowledge of robotic spray painting and vacuum metalizing preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lifting up to 40 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• General Office Environment (3) hours per day
• Manufacturing Environment (5) hour per day
• Occasional overnight travel may be required to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training.
• Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.

HAZARDS:

While performing the job the position is frequently exposed to moving or mechanical parts, chemicals, heat, moving equipment, electrical, and pneumatics. Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection
