This is a hybrid work position, with time primarily split between home and community work. Office requirements are minimal and limited, but can be adapted based on your work preference. This position has a flexible schedule Monday – Friday, with no on-call hours or weekend hours required.
We offer mileage reimbursement for all community travel done on behalf of a patient. Company laptop and iPhone are provided.

The Independent Living Skills Coach works with individuals with a mental health and/or co-occurring substance abuse diagnosis to assist in maintaining and increasing independence to meet their basic needs through a variety of methods that helps them build skills and feel empowered. This includes, but is not limited to training, education, coaching, mentoring and providing support that is tailored to each individual based on individualized assessment of the skill deficits.
The Independent Living Skills Coach utilizes the strengths of the person served as a gateway to providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as: the development and maintenance of necessary daily living skills, food planning and preparation, money management, maintenance of the living environment, and training in appropriate use of community services and resources, as well as the facilitation of cognitive and socialization skills for effective life management.
