Customer Service Representative

American Customer Care/Premiere Response (ACC/PR) is seeking to hire individuals who have a passion for helping people. We are currently 2 hiring professionals to work in the role of: Customer Service Representative in Office: 948 Plaza Drive Suite 1, Montoursville, PA 17754

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Being creative and imaginative
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
  • Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately and efficiently
  • Navigate between computer screens (CRM Software, ACD System, Email and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer information
  • Sort Mail
  • Research product questions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer service experience a plus, but not required.
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Love helping others
  • Taking great notes and build a customer base
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting consumer products and/or services.
  • Must be dependable and reliable to work your scheduled shift that will include weekends.
  • Must be located in the state of Pennsylvania

TRAINING:

  • Product training (Understanding of our clients range of products, ingredients, application, adverse effects, etc.)
  • Systems training (How to use CRM and ACD Tools)
  • On-the-job training (Frequently Asked Questions, Job Shadowing, etc.)
