SYNERGY HomeCare offers CareGiver Associate Leads (for Weekends):
- Competitive pay for Saturday and Sunday; $15 - $16 per hour with 4, 8, and 12 hour per day options.
- Flexibility to work Saturday, Sunday or both days
- Direct deposit
- Paid training
- Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays
- Providing one-on-one (1:1) care and building relationships with clients and family members
- Additional Employee recognition programs
As a Weekend CareGiver Associate Lead with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Provide personal care to clients as needed
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Requirements:
- Open availability on either or both Saturday and Sunday (mornings, afternoons, etc.)
- CNA preferred or similar experience or credential
- Prefer homecare or homehealth experience providing one-on-one care
