Your Responsibilities! (as directed by a nursing supervisor)

• Companionship & Conversation
• Occasional Transportation (dr. appts., outdoor activities & shopping)
• Personal Care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting)
• Taking / Recording Vital Signs (+height / weight)
• Meal Prep / Feeding
• Light Housekeeping
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull
• Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client
