About

I have an immediate need for an in-home 3rd grade ELA & organizational skills tutor in Longwood. Mom wants a tutor with multiple years experience working with students iwth ADHD. The student is a 3rd grade with ADHD attending Wekiva Elementary. She needs to work with a tutor on reading and executive functioning/organizational skills.

The student is currently below grade level in reading and is having a hard time with reading comprehension and staying focused. Word problems are starting to become an issue in other subjects as well.

Mom's goal is to bring the student up to grade level and help improve her confidence as well.

Mom wants 1-2 hour long sessions 2-3 times a week. They are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 4pm-8pm as well as Wednesday from 3pm-8pm.

Job Requirements

• Tutor must be willing to work at the student's home in Longwood by Lake Brantley.
• Tutor must have multiple years experience working with students with ADHD.
• Minimal travel required to meet with student (you decide the distance you are willing to travel, typically 5-10 miles)

Student Availability

MON, TUE, THUR 4pm-8pm

WED 3pm-8pm

License/Certification:

• Teaching Certification (Preferred)
