SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:
This position is a designated as “Safety Sensitive Position” under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services.
Qualifications:
The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of specialized technical tasks in Diagnostic Radiography at the Conway Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center (COSMC). They will utilize XRAYS to assist Orthopedic Physicians and professional personnel in detecting anatomical abnormalities while complying with Conway Regional Health System policies and procedures. Through documentation and oral communication, essential information is shared with the COSMC Orthopedic Physician. The registered diagnostic Radiographer will maintain their professional level of expertise as required by Conway Regional Health System policy. Will be responsible for verifying orders, charging procedures, working knowledge of the COSMC and Conway Regional Health System PACS system, and transport of patients with all necessary paperwork completed.
COSMC Clinic Hours:
Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm
COSMC Urgent Care Hours:
Monday through Thursday - 1pm to 8pm
Friday - 12pm - 4pm

Successful completion of American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers prior to completion of orientation
