Costco’s Identity and Access Management team is responsible for the design and implementation of identity solutions that align with business goals and objectives.

The Identity Analyst will be responsible for managing expectations with application stakeholders, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting solutions related to the integration with Identity Management Systems. This role will also be responsible for various aspects of infrastructure management including maintenance, performance and capacity planning, security, and support. Individuals in this role will need to understand and interpret global technical and business requirements. This includes participation in the discovery, documentation, validation/refinement of solutions, deployments, and hypercare. This is a Senior Technical role that is responsible for the design, implementation, and operational stability of identity systems in the Provisioning domain.

ROLE

Leads the ongoing technical development and deployment of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Automates and optimizes new and existing processes .

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of integration and designs.

Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, protocols and standards, and associated technologies.

Ensures all testing has been performed and documented before implementing into production.

Develops and documents standard operating procedures, IAM Standards, and technical design documentation (i.e. run-books; repository of documents).

Provides subject matter expertise on associated identity solutions, modules, IAM applications, platforms, frameworks, tools, and active directory, privileged account management, synchronization, provisioning, public key infrastructure, and other relevant identity applications.

Designs, installs, and configures enhanced security models and other applications used for Identity Authentication and Authorization.

Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.

Manages IAM priorities and timelines, and provides task estimates and work-breakdown schedules.

Gathers data, tracks trend metrics, and analyzes the results for continuous service improvement (capacity, monitoring system health and uptime and growth).

Manages and audits accounts by privileged users (Administrative accounts).

Identifies opportunities for streamlining and increasing effectiveness through continuous process improvement.

Designs applications including code, functionality, and interoperability with other systems and applications.

Develops Identity and Access Management (IAM) specific detailed technical requirements and designs IAM solutions incorporating industry best practices for access management.

Follows all change control processes to ensure visibility of change and compliance.

Understands and follows least privilege access principles while adhering to best practices in Identity Lifecycle Management.

Triages issues under pressure and provides technical direction to peers.

Plans, implements, and analyzes provisioning architectures in a Global Enterprise environment.

Provides leadership to large scale enterprise IT projects and applies structured lifecycles (Plan, Design, and Implement) that meet business units’ overall needs.

REQUIRED

4+ years’ experience supporting Identity Provisioning Environment(s) and strong understanding of IdM protocols and standards.

4+ years’ Linux \ AIX experience.

4+ years’ hands-on technical experience planning, designing, and implementing IAM technologies and services with the ability to think outside the box

4+ years’ experience troubleshooting Provisioning solutions and integrated applications.

Experience with Identity Management Provisioning systems, including RBAC and Policy management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage priorities and timelines.

Able to work effectively and produce consistent results with minimum supervision.

Self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail-oriented.

Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business; participates in on-call rotation for support of Production Identity Management infrastructure, coverage 24x7x365.

Recommended

Strong knowledge in scripting languages (json, bash, javascript, shell, etc.).

Pay Ranges:

Level 1 - $80,000 - $110,000

Level 2 - $100,000 - $130,000

Level 3 - $120,000 - $155,000

Level 4 - $145,000 - $180,000
