Solar Supply Inc., is a leading HVAC distributor with 64 branches across 6 states located along the Gulf coast. This local and family owned distributor has over 70 years of experience in delivering quality HVAC equipment and supplies along with outstanding customer service to contractors across our distribution area.
We are currently looking to expand in the Biloxi/Ocean Springs, Ms. area and we are currently looking for the ideal candidate to become our branch manager for this location.

Previous HVAC and distribution experience is helpful and preferred, but we can train the right candidate. This job is for a motivated, self starter who has a desire to help our company grow relationships with our existing customer base as well as the skills to seek out and establish new accounts. The ideal candidate should possess the skills to work efficiently while multi tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines, as well as having excellent organization and communication skills with a pleasant and helpful personality needed to serve our customer base and lead our branch employees. Some basic computer knowledge is required, along with a valid, clean drivers license and driving record.

Branch Manager, Wholesale Distributor Tasks

• Ensure the branch meets sales targets and establish strong relationships with customers.
• Oversee the work of branch employees, ensuring they are properly trained and that the branch is fully staffed.
• Analyze market and industry trends to make sure product pricing remains competitive.
• Manage the daily operation of a wholesale outlet and ensure orders are efficiently received, filled, and shipped.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels, the reordering of items, and transaction record keeping.
