Established in 1972, we are Eastern Pennsylvania's premier heating and air conditioning contractor with several locations to serve our customers.

We are seeking an experienced Comfort Specialist who will present the company to potential customers in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional hours required according to seasonal demands, client’s availability, company needs and various home shows.
• Ability to walk, stand and sit unrestricted
• Perform fine motor skills to perform tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting up and keeping appointments on a daily basis
• Learning and applying special promotions, rebate and financing programs
• Ability to multi-task at any given point throughout the day
• Ability to manage time effectively and productively
• Ability to provide a typed proposal while in the client’s home or within 24 hours of the initial visit
• Ability to meet and exceed the goals set by the company and/or sales manager
• Knowing how to listen, answer and understand what the client wants/needs
• Ability to handle conflicts that may arise before, during or after the installation
• Ability to communicate between all departments that will be affected by the sale
• Ability to self product leads
• Learning multiple manufacturer products and applying to proper uses

Job Requirements:

• Representing the company with the appropriate company supplied attire
• Smart phone and computer use including Work and Excel documents, internet usage, typing, email and heat loss calculations
• Knowledge and understanding air flow as well as proper equipment sizing
• Understanding equipment, ratings and the basic refrigeration cycle
• Being able to explain the operation and expectations of the equipment’s parameters
• Knowing the hours of the installation and estimating the job correctly
• Basic electric, high and low voltage
• Be excited and positive about the job and what you represent
• Valid PA driver’s license in good standing

Must Pass:

• Drug test and alcohol test
• Pre-employment physical
• Pre-work screening
• Clean background check
• Clean 10-year drivers history
